Q3: What should I know about the K2Analytics Data Center ?
The new K2Analytics Data Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in Towson, MD. The facility has fully redundant systems, contains backup generators, waterless fire suppression systems, and biometric scanners for secured room access. We operate under very strict SAS 70 data center conditions so you can be assured that the facility and data are safe and secure. The K2Analytics data center has 128-bit Encrypted SSL certificates, 24/7 secure access, disaster recovery backup facilities, preemptive server security, intrusion detection, and anytime any day level-3 hardware support.

Q4: When can I visit the K2Analytics Data Center?
We can allow scheduled visits to the site, but under SAS 70 security protocols we cannot allow customers or prospects INTO the data center itself. There is a window through which customers and prospects can look into the server room. In addition to the biometric scanner, there’s also the 18 year Marine Corps veteran who you’d have to get past – so it might not be worth the effort just to see a bunch of blinking green lights.
